Privacy for this campaign

Hive Group Benefits uses the name, business name, work email, phone number and employee count you submit to respond to your request for a Chambers Plan quote. We also record your contact consent and which campaign link brought you here. Please do not submit employee health information.

Requests are processed through our website hosting and Microsoft intake services and saved in Hive’s CRM for advisor follow-up. Submitting this form does not send an application for signature.

If you submit using the graphic link in the St. John’s Board of Trade campaign email, and agree to the sharing described beside the form’s consent checkbox, we also send an automatic notification to the Board of Trade for campaign follow-up. The notification includes your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, number of people selected in the calculator, submission date and campaign attribution. Forwarded copies of that campaign link are treated the same way. Other submissions are saved for Hive’s follow-up without that Board of Trade notification.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, calculator use, quote-button clicks, form starts, successful requests and errors. We send approved campaign labels, but no names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names or form contents. Analytics may process data outside Canada.

Analytics is off until you allow it. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” on the campaign page. Declining does not affect the calculator or quote form. Browser settings and blockers may also prevent measurement.

Spam prevention and contact

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. This verification is separate from optional analytics.
